Faith-Centered Running Coaching for Runners Who Want More than Miles
Train with purpose to improve performance. Grow stronger together in body, mind, and spirit - all for the glory of God

Our Mission
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord" - Colossians 3:23
4 Glory Running exists to help runners pursue disciplined excellence while honoring God in body, mind, and spirit. These principles guide every decision we make.
Then list the one-line principles you approved:
Running Is Stewardship, Not Identity
We train as faithful stewards of God’s gifts, without letting running define our worth.
Excellence Is Worship
We pursue disciplined, intentional training as an act of worship—not for approval or applause.
People Over Performance (Non-Negotiable)
We prioritize the well-being of the person over results, times, or accolades.
Sustainable Faithfulness
We value long-term consistency and obedience over short-term intensity or burnout.
Community Minded
We grow best together, encouraging one another in faith, discipline, and perseverance.

Ignite Your Passion for Running
How We Coach
Train Better, Race Faster, Enjoy the Journey
At 4 Glory Running, coaching is more than training plans and race outcomes. It is a relational, faith-rooted process that honors the whole person.
Our approach is shaped by one defining conviction: people matter more than performance.
That means we listen before we prescribe, adapt training to real life, and refuse to glorify exhaustion, comparison, or self-worth tied to results.
We pursue excellence as worship—offering our best effort to God without idolizing outcomes. Training is meant to strengthen the body without shrinking the soul.
Whether an athlete is chasing a PR or simply learning to show up consistently, our goal is the same: to help runners train with purpose, integrity, and faith—keeping Christ, not performance, at the center.
"Whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."
1 Corinthians 10:31

The difference maker.
Coaching Built on Performance, Accountability, and Faith
Authority + Ministry
4 Glory Running it is about more than just becoming faster, but about becoming resilient, discipline, and grounded in the Truth.
Our approach:
Running should be a tool - not an idol - used to develop perseverance, humility, and stewardship of the body the Lord has given you.
